Dr. Mountcastle was the Chief of Plastic Surgery at INOVA Loudoun County Hospital from 2011-2013 and is the Medical Director of Mountcastle Plastic Surgery & Vein Institute in Reston and Ashburn. He also received the Reader’s choice – Loudoun Times-Mirror award for Best Plastic Surgeon in Loudoun County for 2014,15,16 and 17.
